Out in Left-wich Field

I am amazed that Pittsburg Steelers QB Byron Leftwich isn't being considered for any of the open QB positions in the NFL. He is 29 and has been to the playoffs. He also won a game for the Steelers this past year in Washington DC when Big Ben went down. You cannot tell me that Sage Rosenfels, Tavaris Jackson, Shaun Hill, Alex Smith, Luke McCown, Kellen Clemens and Brett Ratliff are better QBs than Leftwich. He would be a steal in free agency. Especially for the Jets, who do not have a QB with more than 5 starts in the NFL. If Rex Ryan chooses not to draft Josh Freeman in the 1st Round, he would be wise to sign Leftwich and steer his team towards the playoffs.
