Cheaters Can Prosper, Apparently

What does this teach our youth? That cheaters still win awards and don't have them taken away. Brian Cushing of the Houston Texans failed a drug test last September, then played the entire season. He won the Defensive Rookie of the Year. When it became public that he failed the test, the AP had a revote. Cushing won again. Wha? Someone explain that to me. Both Jerrious Byrd and Brian Orakpo had fantastic rookie seasons without cheating. Why didn't one of them get more votes? Unbelievable.
